Created in January 2004 in Le Crouesty, the sail loft grew up in the "Le Rédo" small business park 500m from the harbour.
All Purpose Le Crouesty has been a part of the All Purpose EIG from the beginning.
We offer unique, customised products for each of our customers.

Specialists in One-design
Because the harbour attracts small boats, All Purpose Le Crouesty specialises in small boat classes. We are involved with one-design classes including the J 80 and the Micro, as well as older classes such as the Muscadet and the Guépard.
In one-design classes, the boats are identical. We make small changes to the sails, then we test them together with the skipper. Each sailor has their own particular style of sailing, and our goal is to manufacture products that are simple and a pleasure to use.
Sylvain Pellissier, who won the 2013 J80 France National, sails all over Europe in his quest for results.
"It is crucial that we ourselves race in these classes to evaluate and validate our choices in real-life conditions. Our changes are “slow” but apparently interesting. I say “slow” because we are only allowed one set of sails per year (jib, mainsail and spinnaker). More generally, the extra speed that we are finding for the J24, J80 and Open classes, can be transferred from one class to another. It is important to have sailors in every class who will benefit from these developments"
